A clear gloss finish, single component, cross linking emulsion designed to protect and enhance concrete surfaces internally and externally. CCS Alfresco Seal WB can be used over solvent based acrylic coatings as a recoating sealer as long as the old solvent based sealer is in good condition. CCS Alfresco Seal WB is classified as a low VOC (Green Star compliant) sealer.
Applying 2 coats to the substrate will enhance the overall appearance to a level not usually seen by water based sealers.
