Crommelin Water Based Paving Sealer

Water Based Paving Sealer provides a clear, transparent, non-silicone water repellent coating that will enhance and protect the appearance of low and medium porosity building materials. The hard film is resistive to water damage, disfigurement by airborne pollutants and its water repellent properties are supplemented by a highly effective biocide to inhibit the growth of fungi, algae and lichens. Water Based Paving Sealer is both trafficable and highly resistant to UV light.

The use of Water Based Paving Sealer under other waterborne finishes will improve their performance and durability. Water Based Paving Sealer can be applied over cured decorative coatings that do not show signs of chalking.
