Available Options

Finseal Invisi AGP is a fluoro-modified silicone agent in a hydrocarbon solvent with unique oleophobic properties that protects substrates from the ingress of oil and waterborne contaminants which is the main cause of staining and discolouration of the surface.

Finseal Invisi AGP is an excellent treatment for the easy removal of graffiti and poster and acts as a sealer of concrete, masonry, natural stone surfaces such as unglazed tile and clay paving brick.

Uses

  • Precast concrete panels and building facades
  • Pre-treatment of walls for easy removal of spray paint or graffiti
  • Footpaths and public spaces
  • Untreated masonry pavers and concrete
  • Exposed architectural concrete
  • Porous natural and artificial stone
  • Alfresco and patio dining areas
  • Driveways and carparks
  • Decorative concrete overlays
  • Exposed architectural concrete
  • Patios, barbecue areas and outdoor kitchens
  • Restaurants and outdoor dining areas
  • Kitchen benchtops and tables

Features and Benefits

  • Easy to clean surface
  • Excellent protection of concrete and porous concrete
  • Effective anti-graffiti protection and easy poster removal
  • Significantly reduces water adsorption
  • Significantly reduces oil adsorption
  • Significantly reduces water-borne dirt accumulation
  • Reduction of frost damage
  • Significantly reduces moss, mildew and lichen growth
  • Does not impart a “wet look” to treated surfaces or contribute to surface gloss
  • Does not affect slip resistance of treated surfaces

Estimating Data

Application rate will vary from 1 - 10m²/L depending on the material  porosity and application method.

Dense surfaces approx. 5-10m²/L

Porous surfaces up to 1-2m²/L

Substrate saturation is essential to achieve maximum result.

Curing Time

Touch dry within 2 hours. 3 to 4 days to full cure at 25ºC and should not be exposed to extreme temperatures during this time. 6 hours of free drying time prior to rain is required.

Surface Preparation

Ensure substrate is clean, dust and stain free prior to application. Clean surface to remove any dirt, laitance, previous coatings or curing agents that may prevent penetration of the material.

The surface must be dry prior to application.

It is recommended to undertake a test sample to confirm the suitability of the product for specific substrates and ensure desired results are achieved.

Application Method

Slowly stir the material until thoroughly mixed; Using a low-pressure sprayer fitted with an adjustable spray tip, surface must be flooded at a sufficient rate ensuring to achieve full saturation.

Substrates of greater porosity will benefit from a second application, wet on wet, to ensure penetration is achieved. The properties of the substrate such as porosity and profile will greatly influence the amount of material required.
