The 3Dx™ 8.5t Narrow Edge Lifting System is a cutting-edge lifting solution designed to meet the challenges of dense reinforcement, thin panels, and heavily reinforced precast elements. Featuring an ultra-narrow neck and head, it enables seamless placement within tightly packed rebar grids, eliminating conflicts while maximising shear and tensile performance.

With dove-tailed nodes and an optimised clutch interface, the system enhances load-bearing capacity and stability during lifting. Its pre-bent void eliminates the need for additional support plates, simplifying installation and reducing setup time. Designed to minimise rotation, spalling, and panel damage, it ensures superior performance in both tension and compression loads, even in thin precast panels. The 3Dx™ 8.5t system has been extensively tested to AS 3850:2024 standards and developed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure exceptional strength, durability, and safety.
