The BNROLS3 is Betonelli’s self-propelled laser leveling screed — a compact, powerful machine that combines a Honda GX690 petrol engine, German REXROTH hydraulic pump, and Topcon auto-level system into a single operator-controlled unit. It handles everything from medium commercial pours to large-format slabs, delivering consistent grade accuracy without the crew overhead of manual screeding methods.
The hydraulic motor-driven vibrator runs simultaneously, consolidating concrete beneath the screed head as the machine moves forward. Vibration speed is adjustable from 3,000 to 5,500 RPM to suit different slump values and finish requirements.
Topcon laser system keeps the screed head on grade automatically.
Standard hydraulic drive eliminates towing or manual repositioning.
Powered by a Honda GX690 petrol engine, trusted for durability and easy servicing.
2,570mm screed width covers more ground with every pass.
Equipped with a Germany REXROTH pump and US HYDRAFORCE valve for smooth, consistent performance.
Aggressive-tread tyres provide excellent grip and stability across varied slab conditions.
