VX SwellMaster Sealing is a specially formulated hydrophilic sealing bar based on butyl rubber for preventive sealing of construction joints. It is designed to form to the contours of rough surfaces so that once the second casting of concrete is poured, a continued gasket seal is achieved in both horizontal and vertical construction joints.

24 months in unopened condition. Store in a cool, dry, covered place and avoid direct sunlight exposure.
Do not install VX SwellMaster during heavy rainfall, as premature swelling may occur before the concrete is poured.
Apply a 3 cm wide coat of VX PolyMaster Adhesive to the concrete surface and one side of SwellMaster. Press the coated side firmly onto the prepared concrete substrate ensuring full and continuous contact with no gaps.
No overlapping is required at joints — use a butt joint. Align the ends of SwellMaster and knead them together to form a watertight connection.
Do not install sealing bars that are swollen, damaged or have deformed geometry.
