VX SwellMaster PS125 is made from hydrophilic, water-swellable synthetic rubber. It provides high-pressure sealing around plastic pipes cast into concrete structures. Thanks to its smart and flexible design, SwellMaster PS125 can seal multiple pipe diameters between 110 mm and 125 mm.

Water that infiltrates around the pipe activates the hydrophilic material, causing fast and strong expansion that stops water penetration. The compound formulation prevents premature swelling during rainy or wet site conditions. A minimum concrete cover of 100 mm is required for proper installation.

Installation

  1. Position SwellMaster PS125 around the pipe with an external diameter of 110–125 mm.
  2. Install it in the middle of the casted wall for optimal waterproofing.
  3. Slightly pull the strap at the front end to secure it tightly around the pipe.
  4. Fix the front end under the hooks of the built-in fixation system.
  5. Ensure a minimum concrete coverage of 100 mm around the sealing band.
